Our Field Trip Health Centres create a warm, safe and welcoming space, connected to nature and alive with plant life & natural light. While being state-of-the-art medical facilities, our locations are designed to be soothing and comforting in order to optimize the 'set and setting' of any psychedelic experience. We use ketamine: often known for its anesthetic properties, ketamine has psychoactive properties as well. It is extremely safe to consume and has been used in emergency rooms for over 2 decades due to its robust safety profile.
The therapy component of any healing journey at Field Trip Health is of crucial importance: while the psychedelic molecule provides the mountaintop experience, the exploratory & integration sessions help to crystallize the findings of the ketamine and, together with a therapist, devise tactics to help clients integrate those findings into their day-to-day lives. Our program is a modular approach, totaling in roughly 4 ketamine exploration sessions and 10 therapy sessions, with one of our experts.Practitioners:

Our ProcessOverview of Experience Protocol:
The Field Trip journey is an active process that will typically take 3-4 weeks of engagement.
We believe, and the research and generational wisdom supports, that combining psychotherapy with psychedelic medicine is an integral part of creating significant change. Thus, each session is designed to incorporate time and space for therapeutic processing and integration. To get the most out of your Field Trip journey, we recommend allocating adequate time to fully engage in each step in the process.
The process at Field Trip Health is both integrative and engaging. It combines the use of ketamine with an active psychotherapy component to help you move towards greater well-being.
An essential contributor to positive outcomes is proper preparation for the journey and each of your treatments. At its core, an intentional psychedelic experience is one that helps you connect to your own inner healer. The preparation phase involves calibrating our mind, body, and spirit and learning to trust the process.
Your ketamine exploratory sessions are a core component of the Field Trip program. The first 1-3 sessions will focus on getting you comfortable with the effects of the medicine and the psychedelic experience. Your experience with the medicine will evolve, and it’s common to begin to feel more confident to go to deeper places in therapy as you enter into the second half of the program.
The integration sessions are equally as important for your therapeutic journey. This is where your psychotherapist will help you translate insights and realizations from your ketamine exploratory sessions into concrete change and lasting growth. In these sessions, you and your therapist will spend 60 minutes together to support you in understanding and crystalizing your ketamine experiences.
This is an active program that requires your full commitment and engagement to achieve sustainable changes in your life.Intake Process:
Your preparation session is essential to commencing your Field Trip Health healing journey. During your intake session, you will meet with your psychotherapist who will be facilitating your experience throughout the program as well as establish the intentions that will help shape your therapeutic work.
The intake is designed to allow the psychotherapist to get to know you and understand the challenges you’ve experienced in your lifetime that have motivated you to seek this treatment,
and what you hope to achieve throughout the process. At Field Trip Health, we believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of the healing journey, and the intake session is the first step in building an alliance of safety and trust between you and your psychotherapist. If at any time you don’t feel comfortable with the therapist or the process, we welcome you to let us know your concerns, as feeling safe and supported is an important part of the journey. Similarly, our therapists use this time to consider the appropriateness and readiness of our clients to move forward with the ketamine experience. If the psychotherapist believes it may be in the best interest of the client to reconsider or delay treatment, this concern will be brought forward to review with the Director of Clinical Therapy.
Following your intake, the preparation session is designed to help prepare you for the ketamine experience. Your therapist will provide you with important information about the experience and give you an opportunity to explore your thoughts, feelings, hopes, and concerns about the experience, helping you to approach the ketamine experience with an open and receptive mindset.Psychedelic Substance Offered:
