    Description of Services:

    My training background includes studies and experience in transpersonal psychology, somatic coaching, mindfulness, conscious movement, psychedelic integration and micro-dose coaching, positive psychology, neuroscience, conscious business, leadership effectiveness, and communication skills.

    Together, we will discover and define your desired transformational and tangible outcomes for our coaching work.  Then, we will create a path forward utilizing high-impact sessions, agreements and best practices, tools, and a survey of the many, available transformational resources.

    Intake Process:

    We begin with a complimentary 25-minute chemistry session and undertake a formal launch process in our second scheduled session. My coaching engagements are for a minimum of 3 months, and clients most frequently engage me for 6 – 18 months.
