About Me:Hello Friend,
I am a forest dwelling happy camper, a medicine man, a Third Wave psychedelic integration coach, and a lover of this beautiful life. I feel so fortunate to be able to work with so many interesting and fascinating people to help them break free from old patterns and programming leading to lives of authenticity, clarity, and inner peace. My retreat and coaching company is called Sacred Path because the work we do is sacred and the work we do together is a path with many destinations along the way. It will be a fascinating and amazing adventure.
I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist but many of these compassionate professionals send their clients to work with me to identify and unwind the knots that are keeping them stuck or holding them back from living lives full of joy, love, and meaning.
I am not a performance coach or personal trainer but I can help you to identify areas in your diet and lifestyle where small changes can result in big improvements for your overall health and wellbeing.
I am a Shamanic practitioner and an empathic and intuitive guide.
I have trained in and practice many ancient Shamanic modalities to bring healing, calmness and connection to my inner world and to the beautiful people I work with. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or just beginning your journey to health, happiness, and wholeness, I look forward to working with you to introduce you to these practices or to exponentially elevate your current practices.
If I had to sum up the work that I do in one word it would be "Reconnection". Working with me you will connect deeply with yourself, with others, and with Source Energy. This is the journey that I have been on for many years and in my experience nothing pays bigger dividends than reconnecting on these three fundamental levels.
Through both ancient (shamanic) and modern (biohacking) techniques, coupled with the safe and ceremonial use of sacred plant medicines, we will achieve alignment in the areas of mind, body, and spirit which leads to deep inner healing, clarity, and life elevation.

Description of Services:I like to describe the work that I do as deep reconnection. Through a process of one on one communication, inner reflection, and ceremonial plant medicine work, we dive deeply together to identify and root out the thought patterns, inner programming, and limiting beliefs that hold you back from living your best life.
You will reconnect deeply with yourself to see what a beautiful creation you are. You will see clearly how valued, and worthy you are. We will silence the negative self talk that keeps you stuck or holds you back.
You will reconnect with others because community and friendships are essential to living healthy and optimal lives. Connection with others is essential for a beautiful and meaningful life.
You will reconnect with Mother Earth and with Spirit. This part is absolutely essential and often overlooked in self development or healing programs. Connection with Source Energy is the fuel that charges and energizes your mind, body and spirit. Once this connection is reestablished your Life Force, Chi, Prana, Mojo begins to flow again leading to amazing miracles and endless wonders.
Working with me we will upgrade your total human experience including mind, body and spirit.
We will still your mind through meditation and time in Nature.
We will strengthen your body through better diet, exercise and biofeedback.
We will reignite your spirit with reconnection to Source to fuel your transformation.
The work that we will do together is simple but not always easy. You will be guided to push past your current boundaries and practice what I call "Spiritual Jedi Training". The techniques we will explore have been used and perfected over tens of thousands of years by Shamans, Mystics, and Yogis. This is not a new self improvement fad. These methods are ancient and proven.

Intake Process:I like to speak with each client personally to see if we will we be a good fit for each other. If we are I will create a personalized plan specifically for you to achieve your goals and dreams. If we are not a good fit I have many colleagues to refer you to.
Before we begin our transformation process I will provide a questionnaire to better understand your medical and pharmaceutical history to screen for potential contraindications.
I prefer to work exclusively with clients who are committed to their personal growth and life elevation. If our initial meeting is not a "Hell Yes!" I will be delighted to refer you to other Third Wave coaches and practitioners who will be a better fit.Overview of Protocol:We will meet in person or remotely to prepare for our Sacred Path journey together.
We will read appropriate literature to gain a deeper understanding of the road ahead.
We will dive deeply into Shamanic practices that elevate your body, mind & spirit.
We will sit in sacred ceremony together to initiate and fuel your elevation.
We will integrate lessons, insights and new understandings during post ceremony integration sessions and ongoing 1:1 work.

I had one plant medicine ceremony with Andy prior to my Sacred Path Retreat. It was such an incredible experience, I didn’t really know if the Sacred Path Retreat at Imiloa could “top” my first experience. I knew it would be an amazing experience, but I didn’t know how profound and life-changing this Sacred Path Retreat would be. Andy and his co-leaders facilitated the best experience of my life thus far. Truly. I don’t say that lightly as I’ve enjoyed many adventures in my life.
I was searching for something that I couldn’t really pinpoint…it just manifested in my life as low-level anxiousness here and there. I had been searching for a traditional healer and coach and found Andy Sudbrock through Third Wave. We connected immediately. He is calming, unpretentious and authentic. My retreat experience with Andy was incredible. From my very first call, Andy made me feel at ease and guided throughout the whole process. I have been working to “elevate” over the past year or so through coaching, breathwork, meditation, nature hikes, etc. I have read about oneness and connection and understood these concepts on an intellectual level. Andy is phenomenal at what he does. I just spent 5 days in the jungle of costa rica with him and and 15 strangers and 2 other facilitators at his sacred path retreat in sept 2022. It was by far the 5 best days of my life. It was a dopamine orgasm of everything wonderful.
The people, the connections , the sites, the journeys, the place… and THE FOOD!! AND ANDY facilitated it all. He picked the place, the people and he made magic happen. Andy is the real deal. Seriously. I have had two journies with Andy so far and I’m already looking forward to the next. I got the courage to do a deep dive for healing and there’s no one else I felt more comfortable with than him. I knew I was safe to truly get lost in my experience knowing he was close by if I needed anything. He was very intuitive in knowing when I needed to be left alone and also when I needed someone by my side. There’s nothing more important than needing to feel safe on a journey. I wouldn’t trust just anyone. This guy truly cares about your experience and spends a great deal of timing prepping just to make sure you get what you need from it. Thank you, Andy!
Working with Andy as a guide was everything. We had a few phone calls beforehand and I felt a strong connection with him. We spoke the same language and he immediately understood where I was coming from. Before, during, and after the journey Andy always had very clear communication. I never felt unsafe or uncertain about what was happening. I knew I was in good hands by how reverently and sacredly he spoke of the medicine. This is important work and he treated it as such. My experience was not what I expected, but was what I hoped for. I can now choose to change my mind, no longer held captive by my programmed responses or wounded inner child.
