Joseph Anew

Joseph Anew is an "outside the box" thinker, holistic health expert, and personal transformation coach. Across the last twenty years he has helped thousands of individuals transform their physical and emotion health through a individualized programs that focus on mindset coaching, proper exercise, sleep optimization, nutrition, breathwork, cold immersion.

Also across those years Joseph spent 8 years as an executive at Spartan Race where he was head of the company's fitness and sport departments. He also founded RUNGA, an experiential wellness company that hosts transformational live events and online programs. Joseph also presented his work around breathwork, heart rate variability, and the way breath impacts the functioning of the physical body in a lecture entitled Breathe at TEDx Lugano (Switzerland), which today has over 1.2M views on YouTube.

After the death of Joseph's father and the birth of his son, Leon Thor, Joseph's life became much more spiritually-connected with a far greater focus on mindfulness and intuitive living,  which has transformed his life in ways he never would have expected, including evolving his own name to Anew.

Today, Joseph's coaching program, Momentum, helps clients to architect a life that suits their ambitions and teaches them how to embody more self-appreciation while using elements of fitness, cold immersion, and breathwork as gateways to a more purposeful, abundant, and joyful life.

Joseph is also now extremely honored and excited to be supporting the mission at Third Wave as Head of Partnerships as well as co-hosting the Psychedelic Podcast with Paul Austin.
