About Me:Ready to Create a New Narrative?
I work with women who struggle with “high-functioning anxiety” as a result of a disconnect from their souls and life purpose. Many people are anxious and sometimes there is a numbing, “cold depression” which signals a soul disconnect.
What makes my work different is that I help you create a new myth to live by. Together we will use Jungian depth psychology (archetypes), sacred plant medicine, and Kundalini yoga (including meditation and breathwork) to spark lasting transformation.
Each strategy works to create a dialog between your ego (waking reality) and your unconscious psyche in order to regain wholeness. This is a soul journey, the path of individuation, and a return to your creative power making room for new stories to unfold.
Please note that “high-functioning anxiety” and “cold depression” are not clinical diagnoses. I am not a clinical therapist. My doctorate is in Mythology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology.

To access new myths, personal and collective, the barrier between the conscious ego and the deeper layers of the unconscious psyche needs to be lowered/let down. I invoke the power of goddesses when working with women as a way for them to recognize the internal archetypal patterns governing their lives. Goddesses carry embedded archetypal patterns in women’s psyche and have the power to influence their fate and carry them to their authentic destiny.
Psychedelic medicine invites a new relationship to the mysteries because they reduce or eliminates the barrier between the conscious ego and the unconscious psyche allowing for a confrontation to occur. Psychedelics lift the veil of the unconscious. Intentional psychedelic use can catalyze personal and collective transformation and raise consciousness in the process—a precursor for our future survival.

The Hecate program is for the woman who may be at a crossroads in her life. She may want to connect more deeply with her intuition to be able to move forward with confidence knowing which path to take. Increased clarity on your intention and skilled integration work is the main focus of the Hecate program.

My main work with Anne has been post-journey integration with both psilocybin and ayahuasca. I can speak freely from my transformative experience of working with her, but I must first interject that, as I continue to work with Anne, the more I get to witness the layers of wisdom that lie beneath her calm, reassuring demeanor. Her expansive knowledge of archetypal psychology has helped me to recognize my personal value in the universe of connection that exists across all cultures, deepening my compassion and appreciation for all of nature and mankind. Exploring our medicine visions can unveil inner belief systems and hidden traumas that can be a daunting, intimidating… a humbling task, for sure. Ann excels at establishing ease of conversation that is shrouded by an aura of deep honesty and trustworthiness.
