    We first sit in ceremony with our Curandera to feel and see what plants are appropriate for what you may be needing help with.

    It is a personalized experience and a lot of solitude. Dietas are best done in isolation. With little interaction with the on goings of the world around you. Here at Los Cielos we offer a balanced space for this to unfold for your maximum experience with the medicines.

    Overview of Experience:

    First you will need to fill out an application. Then there will be a Video call for any further information and questions that need to be addressed. After that you are sent a confirmation email explaining how to go forward with sending your deposit to hold your spot.

    We then receive you and you have your experience where there is support 100% along the way.

    Integration happens during the Dieta. And is available to continue via email, what'sapp etc. Integration can look and be very different for everyone and is as much as a part as the journey as taking the medicine itself.
