About the Retreat:We are Trusted Psychedelic Guides & Ceremonial Facilitators operating within the United States
We support your healing journey by facilitating 1-on-1 ceremonial psychedelic experiences in the comfort of your own home.
We are alongside you for the entire journey, ensuring that you are never alone—from preparation all the way through post-experience integration. Prior to the trip itself, we help you clarify intentions and develop a spiritual framework to use when navigating these altered states of consciousness. During your trip, we facilitate your inner healing by holding a welcoming, supportive, non-judgmental ceremonial container. And after the experience, we schedule integration calls to help you implement your realizations into tangible actions. All of this provides an experience where you feel comfortable exploring the depths of your psyche.
These guided ceremonial experiences include one facilitator for one client and are custom tailored to your needs. Think of it like a co-creative process where we work together to craft the perfect ceremony for you and your desired outcome.
All Psychedelic Passage programs are facilitated by one of our co-founders, Nick Levich or Jimmy Nguyen.
How Does it Work?
Sourcing:
Clients are required to source their own psychedelic medicine as that is the only way for us to operate legally within the United States. You provide your substance of choice—we facilitate the ceremonial space. We are unable to help with sourcing.
Location:
Sessions take place in private residences. You choose the location of your preference—either traveling to us in SoCal or Denver or we can travel to your home.
Legality:
Our service is 100% legal. Psychedelics are still federally controlled substances and you assume all the risk associated with possessing and consuming these medicines.
Description of Services:Our Experienced Facilitators Will Help You:
#1 Stay committed and accountable to the work
Our programs are specifically designed to serve you and keep you moving toward your goals and intentions, which can (and often do) take more than a single ceremony. Healing is not a linear path, nor is it always easy—but we’re here to support you at every step of the way. You shouldn’t be expected to solve all of your life problems in one evening. Most people need multiple sessions with support and accountability along the way to really get to the root of an issue. We are committed to you, and you must be committed to yourself and the process.
#2 Adequately prepare your mind(set)
Psychedelics crack you wide open; exposing you to the parts of yourself you try to ignore. Together, we’ll work to clarify your intention during the preparation sessions leading up to the experience—this will serve as your anchor as you explore the depths of your psyche. We’ll also equip you with a mental or spiritual framework to use when navigating these altered states of consciousness. With our support, you’ll be ready to face whatever arises head on.
#3 Choose substance and dosage for your desired outcome
Taking too much of any psychedelic is not fun, nor is it helpful. Should you consume LSD, magic mushrooms, or DMT? We’ll provide you with researched information to help you choose the correct substance and dosage based on your location and your needs. Regardless of your intention or goals, we’ll co-create a plan that addresses all the variables, improving your chances of achieving your desired outcome.
#4 Create the optimal environment for your psychedelic journey
Setting is one of the most important factors influencing the psychedelic experience. We’ll work together to create a space that is safe, comfortable, and conducive to healing. This includes eliminating physical hazards, reducing external distractions, and adding elements like lighting, music, blankets, and water.
#5 Facilitate your intentional psychedelic experience (trip sitting)
It’s important that you feel safe and supported by a sober sitter you trust. We’ll be alongside you for the entire journey, ensuring that you are never alone. We facilitate your inner healing by holding a welcoming, supportive, non-judgmental space in the form of a ceremonial container. We utilize proven harm reduction principles to mitigate risk and potential for physical harm.
#6 Reduce the potential for a bad trip
Bad trips are simply misunderstood experiences, though that doesn’t make them any less overwhelming. They are typically the result of a lack of preparation. We’ll equip you with tools to work through potentially intense psychedelic experiences more gracefully. The important part is to know that even if you feel uncomfortable, it is not permanent, and you are never alone.
#7 Integrate the lessons from your experience into everyday life
Insights from these states of altered consciousness can be difficult to process, let alone implement into your day-to-day existence. In the weeks following your experience, we’ll schedule integration calls to help you implement your realizations into tangible actions. We’ll help you hold onto the magic of your journey by acting as a non-biased support system.
Practitioners:About Nick Levich
I’ve spent the past 12 years experimenting with psychedelic plants, fungi, and synthetic substances. While my experiences started as purely recreational, my use naturally began to shift to intentional—and eventually—to ceremonial.
This shift was largely the result of meeting an ayahuascero and shamanic practitioner who would eventually become my spiritual mentor. I began working with him to overcome my own feelings of self-hate and not-enoughness; and over time, the relationship transformed into a 4-year shamanic apprenticeship directed towards serving others.
Once I had the direct experience of self-acceptance and unconditional love that psychedelics can provide, I knew it was my calling to facilitate this same type of ceremonial healing experience for people like you.
About Jimmy Nguyen
I have spent the past seven years in legal cannabis, directly serving medical patients for three of those years. Over 14 years, psychedelics have been crucial to my mental health and personal growth.
Though in the beginning psychedelics were purely recreational for me, overtime they became more intentional and outcome oriented. These psychedelic sessions have aided me in curing my clinical depression and finding greater fulfillment in life. Now I seek to serve others in having their own meaningful psychedelic experiences.
I also emphasize the importance of a safe, ceremonial environment and implementing harm reduction practices. One of my core beliefs is that this type of healing should be available to everyone, regardless of the color of your skin or financial situation.
Team/Medical Staff:Co-founder Jimmy Nguyen is currently studying to be certified as an EMT in Colorado. However, Psychedelic Passage services do not include medical oversight or responsibilities of a licensed medical professional.
We work with medical professionals who are able to help clients taper off of pharmaceuticals specifically in preparation for a psychedelic experience including Doctors of Pharmacy and prescribing psychiatrists.
As guides, we also offer the option to work in tandem with the therapist or mental health professional of your choice to provide a continuous chain of care before, during, and after the psychedelic experience. This offering combines preparation & integration sessions conducted by a licensed mental health professional with in-person support provided by our trusted trip sitters who facilitate the actual psychedelic experience.
