    I have experience with psychedelic integration & preparation, other holistic & integrative treatments, as well as my own personal experiences. These experiences have been transformative and enriched my life, have been of great source of value and healing, benefited to my growth, and have positively contributed to my professional work.

    Description of Services:

    I work with clients who are trying to better understand themselves, patterns, and relationships. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, issues with substances or alcohol, uncertainty with the future, family & relationship issues or need better coping skills, we will address those areas together. My goal is for you to have real take aways from our sessions and feel supported. Through therapy, my hope is that you start to see and feel noticeable improvements in your life through learning more and advocating for yourself, setting healthy boundaries while also challenging negative beliefs you may hold of yourself. Whether it's incorporating mindfulness, family systems, attachment, trauma focused work, CBT, or psychodynamic theory, insight-oriented integration work, I will collaborate with you and incorporate interventions that help you move forward.

    Overview of Experience:

    Everyone's experience and process looks different. I tailor preparation and integration for each individual I work with in a comprehensive and supported way. Together we will prepare you for a transformational experience where you feel safe.

    Intake Process:

    I offer a free 15-consultation call with any prospective client. This allows you the opportunity to ask questions while I also gather some more background information from you. I assess for readiness, appropriate fit of therapy, and provide my professional/clinical recommendations.
