Therapist InfoAbout Me:I approach mental health from a holistic mind-body perspective and incorporate meditation, mindfulness, breathing and relaxation techniques into the therapeutic process.
I've always cultivated a passion for foreign languages and intercultural exchange, culminated with the choice of a linguistic high school and a number of educational and work experiences abroad.
I completed my Master of Science in Clinical and Health Psychology with first class honors at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in Milan, consolidating my educational path at San Raffaele Hospital and Maggiore Policlinico Hospital.
Deeply believing in the mind-body connection, I took a Master in Psychomotor Therapy and Body-Mediated Techniques. I also specialized in individual and group psychoanalytic psychotherapy at COIRAG and completed IPI's Year-Long Training in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy.
I conducted psycho-diagnostic assessment interviews and psychological counseling at the European Institute of Oncology and I currently have a private practice in Milan, but I also work online with clients from all over the world. I pursue my passion for intercultural exchange at Wind Rose, a psychological care service dedicated to the expat community I co-founded in 2020.Description of Services:

Our ProcessOverview of Experience:
Living in a country where Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy is not available yet, I currently only offer integration sessions, in which I support my clients in the process of reflecting on the material arising from their experiences and exploring the implications of these experiences on targeted areas of change.
My clients are encouraged to approach all experiences, including both subtle or strong emotions or sensory experiences, with openness and curiosity.
I normally recommend a minimum of three integration sessions and, if it’s determined that a client needs further support to ensure a safe integration process, I invite my clients to increase the number of integration sessions, or switch to a longer-term psychotherapy.Intake Process:
The purpose of the intake session is to create the most whole and accurate picture of a client as possible, in order to determine eligibility and appropriateness of the client for the services I offer.
