    About Me:

    Hello! I'm Dr. Erica. I'm a family physician trained in natural and functional medicine, specializing in integrative mental health.

    In addition to seeing folks in my private medical practice (where I administer ketamine), I also offer tele-empowerment visits to folks worldwide.

    I'm here to support you no matter where in the world you are - or where in the world I am! (I spend a lot of time flying around the globe to lead retreats, train psychedelic facilitators, and present at medical conferences.)

    Aside from being a doctor, I'm also a foodie, a loud introvert, a champion napper, and a fan of jumping into rivers. I also have the unique skill of remembering movie quotes very easily.

    Description of Services:

    I work with clients through video sessions, typically in a finite number of sessions, to identify subconscious patterns that play out and harm us in our day to day lives. I also do process work and always bring the focus back to the body.

    I am a doctor trained in holistic healing, so I can also help you identify and address the parts of mental health that aren't "just in your head" - things like hormone imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, inflammation, and digestion. I can recommend blood tests, pharmaceuticals, herbal medicines, natural supplements, homeopathic remedies, etc.

    I also offer a limited number of retreats per year. These are primarily focused on training the next wave of psychedelic facilitators, though we sometimes have spots available for the general public as well.

    Overview of Experience:

    A comprehensive intake, review of medical history, medications, family medical history, social habits, etc.
    Exploration of your goals, what you are and are not willing to do, what you have tried in the past, etc.
    I will educate you on what I am observing and the patterns I'm seeing, proposing a game plan, which could include pharmaceutical medications, supplements, lifestyle practices, dietary changes, homeopathy and other energy medicines, referrals to specialists, blood tests, and/or entheogenic sessions.
    YOU will decide how and if to proceed.
    From there we will follow through accordingly.
    I have a secure, HIPAA compliant system for messaging, so your information is safe.
    I firmly believe in integration support.

    Appointments are all via video web sessions, unless we're doing entheogenic healing, in which case I make house calls so you can heal in the environment of your choosing, without having to worry about driving home afterwards. (All ketamine sessions are needle-free, by the way - healing doesn't need to hurt!)

    I'm not much into the pomp, accoutrements, or spiritual materialism that often comes with this world, nor do I believe that I have supernatural powers. I trust the medicine, and trust the power of a safe, comfortable container. I am comfortable working with a variety of therapies, in a variety of dose ranges. I do not believe that higher doses are always better, necessarily - we are all wired differently, and I will do everything I can to meet your mind, body, and spirit where they are.

    Intake Process:

    We start with a one-hour appointment, during which time we discuss your goals, medical history, treatments tried in the past, etc.
