    About Me:

    Bruce is the author of the best selling Dismantled: How Love and Psychedelics Broke a Clergyman Apart and Put Him Back Together. I've been a Clinical Fellow with The Canadian Ass. of Marriage and Family Therapy for 25 years.

    I have a private practice located physically in Victoria, B.C, Canada. I also do sessions via Zoom.

     

    Description of Services:

    My approach is phenomenological, meaning that I believe that the relationship between client and therapist is the source of healing. The opportunity is to name as clearly as possible what is arising moment by moment between us, as this will also reveal the ways in which historic failures of love are informing the potential depth of intimacy.

    In the end, love is the great healer, and this love-as-healer is located in all of us. My role is to generate space and empathy for this healing work.
