    About Me:

    Arielle describes herself (she/her) as a human being of complexity with multiracial and multicultural roots. While Arielle is a trained Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and has formal experience in trauma sensitive, intersectional Western psychotherapy, Arielle's initiations and trainings within other healing modalities have afforded her a unique lens to support those who seek help outside of the "traditional" realm. Arielle is trained as a registered yoga teacher and attuned Usui Reiki practitioner and has worked closely with various other healing practices along her path, including Curanderismo, shamanic healing, medicinal sound, and plant medicine. These initiations have supported Arielle in creating a grounded, informed, and supportive container for individuals to intentionally prepare for transformational healing within ceremony and integrate such journeys into one's daily life practice.

    Description of Services:

    Clients have shared that I hold a warm, empathic, and attuned space for them to explore, better understand, and potentially shift how they relate to themselves, to others, and to the world around them. I walk hand in hand with you, acting as a trusted support and steady presence as we traverse the path that you are calling before you.

    Arielle's approach centers the interconnectivity of body, mind, emotion, and spirit. She honors this interconnection by drawing from an eclectic spectrum of approaches and teachings. Her approach includes somatic experiencing, internal family systems, rituals of Curanderismo, psychodynamic approaches, guided visualization, mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and principles of psychedelic harm reduction. When working with clients, Arielle centers the space to the unique expression of each person's identity, ancestral lineage, and lived experience to both explore and heal the material and ethereal impacts these have on one's life.

    Overview of Experience:

    I work with each client to co-create an individualized road map for their healing experience. Preparation work can include identifying intentions for seeking out ceremony, building awareness around one's internal landscape, offering education and information around altered states to clarify expectations, and providing tools to support the regulation of one's nervous system. Integration work can include expressive and creative storytelling, supporting one's system in embodying the teachings of ceremony, diving more deeply into internal shadow work and trauma re-processing, encouraging the reassessment and redirection of certain behaviors and activities that no longer resonate, and offering tangible resources and groups to continue to stretch out the vitality of the lessons received from ceremony.
