    About Me:

    I've been working in the field for almost 20 years - as a practitioner and business owner aimed at helping people heal in the most profound and transformational ways. I've developed a practice that is a training site for future practitioners who care about the mental health needs of the clients that we serve. We have a multidisciplinary team of very talented and caring professionals and work together in a collaborative fashion.

     

     

    Description of Services:

    We offer both in person and Telehealth services for clients of all ages (youth to adult) suffering from a variety of mental health challenges. We offer flexibility in approach and modality (individual, group, family, psychiatric services). We are working on the development of a ketamine clinic at our Maryland location.

    Additionally, we offer mental health retreats as well as facilitator trainings in Jamaica.

  • Our Process

    Overview of Experience:

    Clients are asked to complete a screening form and intention questionnaire. The results are reviewed by our team and follow up consultation calls are conducted to go over answers and offer support for any questions or concerns a client may have. Our retreats are 3 nights/4 days and cover education as well as group activity, macrodosing, journeys, somatic integration (yoga and massages). Our integration afterwards involves 1:1 phone call and referral to integration specialist for continued work if outside of the state of MD.

    Intake Process:

    We review results of clinical screening and intention questionnaire - and have in-depth discussion (call) with client on expectations, experience, etc
